Overview

This notice explains information that may be processed when someone browses Qilvexa, uses the search tools, saves a property or follows an external link. Qilvexa is designed to work without a user account and does not process accommodation payments or complete hotel reservations.

Information entered into search

A visitor may enter a destination, dates and a guest selection. These values are used to display or organise results. They do not create a reservation, and visitors should avoid entering passport details, payment information or other sensitive personal data into search fields.

Saved stays and local storage

Saved properties may be stored in the browser using local storage. This information normally remains on the visitor's device rather than becoming an online account. It can be removed by unsaving the property or clearing browser site data.

Technical records

Web hosting, content delivery, security and website infrastructure may process an IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, referring page, timestamps, diagnostic events and similar technical information.
