Agreement and purpose

These Terms apply to use of Qilvexa. The website is an independent accommodation discovery resource focused on New Zealand. Qilvexa helps visitors research stays, destinations and touring routes, but it does not own, inspect or operate the listed properties and does not itself form an accommodation contract.

Discovery rather than booking

Search fields, saved stays, room descriptions and links are research tools. Entering dates or guest numbers does not check live inventory, hold a room, lock a price or create a reservation.

External booking contract

If a visitor continues to a hotel or booking provider, any resulting contract is between the traveller and that external party. The provider controls payment, confirmation, cancellation, refunds, taxes and customer support for that transaction.

Qilvexa and Forever Glossed LLC are not parties to that booking contract unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Accommodation information

Names, descriptions, photographs, facilities, addresses, room references and contacts may be supplied by third-party property data or other external sources. Information can be incomplete, delayed or changed after publication. Qilvexa does not guarantee that every field remains current.

Images and destination artwork

Property photographs are associated with accommodation records. Editorial destination images on the website represent places and travel atmosphere; they should not be interpreted as photographs of a particular property or as guaranteed views, facilities or room features.

Prices and availability

Qilvexa does not publish or guarantee a live price. Rates can depend on dates, occupancy, room configuration, meals, taxes, currency, payment terms and cancellation flexibility. Rooms and facilities
